Laura Belgrado, med mångårig erfarenhet som ledningsassistent i internationella företag, gästar oss ännu en gång för att utifrån ett personligt perspektiv ge råd om hur man skapar långsiktig personlig styrka, reser sig igen från tuffa situationer och fortsätter växa i sin yrkesroll.

Resilience: "The ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change"
- Keep your vision!
- Find your Sense of Purpose!
- Clarity keeps you focused - "When you know what's important, it's easy to ignore what is not"
- Congruence when all your Actions work together. What you think, what you do, what you say.
- Composure
- How do we regulate emotions? Dealing with pressure: Fight or flight or freeze?
- Reasoning
- Your own beliefs and expectations produce emotions!
- Be proactive, you're in charge of your actions.
- Stop take things personally!
- Creativity - Anticipate and plan, Be resourful, See opportunity in change
- Tenacity
- Persistence in a point of view or action - not giving up
- Do not rely on luck, fate or destiny
- Make mistakes! Lots of mistakes! And learn. Fear should not hold you back!
- Remain optimistic! Acknowledge reality + Believe in the future + grab control = realistic optimism
- Collaboration
- Personallity types, we are all different. Use the different strengths.
- Incorporate Empathy at Work! Create a culture of teamwork. Accept people as they are. Priority listening. Don't make it about you!
- Support! Get support and give support! "It's not actual available support that matters, it is the perception of available support that's important!"
- Focus on facts not emotions!
- Health
- Health matter! It is the most important thing i your life! Food, excercise, sleep.
- Change your words. Change your mindset.
- Purpose! You love it, the world needs it, you get paid for it, you are great at it.
- Bore-out. "Burnout's ugly stepsister" and also dangerous.
The secret to resilience is consistency and self reflection!
- Fall seven times and stand up eight.
- Respect limits, defy limitations!
- Don't be sorry, be strong and shine!
- Understand your value, comunicate your worth and demand!
