Theres said that it is also important to tell the Executive what you like to do and what your competences are. It is of a big value that Matt gives space to Theres so that she can develop and grow in the role she has.

Matt also said that its important to know that the job becomes more effective with an EA. If an Executive doesn't want to let the assistant in you can always ask if they would like to support the assistants growth and development.
